Pascucci family firm was founded in 1975 in Carbognano, Monti Cimini.
Over the years the company underwent many modernization changes and now is one of the leading producers of this area.
Thanks to the direct contact with growers, brothers Pascucci oversee the
processing of olives in each part of the production process,
of olives at low temperatures allowing the acquisition of final product in a very
short timeframe. In this friendly way all the natural compounds
contained in olive fruit are preserved to form oil with a very low level of acidity.
